When I was just starting out, I worked on outdoor and greenhouse grow sites in Northern California. For about 10 years, I managed teams of cultivators and harvesters. I spent several years in Southern California working as an engineering and administration specialist for two large-scale grow facilities after my Master’s degree. In both cases, I was responsible for managing a team of 20 people, writing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scheduling work hours. Needless to say, I have a lot of experience when it comes to cultivating cannabis.
